Hi Everyone,
I hope this message finds you all doing well. We recently received new guidance from Tri County Health Department that of February 5th they have removed their mask mandates. We have been following their recommendations and leaned into their guidance for the last 2 years, and we are going to continue to do so.
Starting March 1st, 2022 masks are highly recommended, but are no longer required at Bounce Gymnastics. Here is the link that our TCHD rep shared with us. We understand that each family has to make the decision that is best for them. Please reach out with questions, or if there is anything that I can help out with.
As a reminder there is no cancellation fee, but that we do ask for a 2 week cancellation notice if you choose to cancel out before March.
We also want to encourage everyone to continue to root themselves in the basics of disease control (Don’t come in if you’re sick, vaccines are still a great layer of protection, continue to test if you feel you might have symptoms, quarantine and isolation are still key in stopping disease spread.) We will do our best to continue communicating out any changes as they come, for now please assume exposed individuals or individuals that have COVID-19 must continue to mask as described in the CDC guidance.
We understand that everyone must do what is best for their family. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, or if we can help out with anything.
Thank You, Robin Lozier 720-460-0267
Safety Guidelines in the gym: We sanitize the equipment after each class hour. In accordance with the latest guidelines from state and local health authorities, all students and parents will need to have a face covering when they are checking in, and throughout their class at Bounce. We acknowledge that it may be difficult to keep young children in face coverings for long periods of time. Grace will be given to our new 2 year olds, who are just now adjusting to these changes. All of our staff members are required to wear a face covering when working with students. We will continue to work with the CDC and local health department, and will keep you updated if anything changes with their guidelines and recommendations. Please do not come to class if your child is ill.
Emergency CoVID-19 Closure: In case of closure due to CoVID-19, all accounts will be switched over to our online program at a reduced rate of $49 / month per family. In case of closure due to CoVID-19, you may email contact@bouncegymnasticsco.com to request a refund for the unused portion of your monthly tuition. All refund requests must be received by Bounce within 30 days of gym closure. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued. If you do not wish to participate in Zoom classes, you must notify Bounce 2 weeks prior to the first of the month. After charges have gone out, no refunds will be issued.
